Unit 1: Theme Collage
This was my favourite project. At the same time, it was the most time consuming because it was hard to fill up all the spaces. I enjoyed it because I love planes. Also, this was my first experience with Photoshop. All in all, a good experience.
Unit 2: Touching Up Pictures
This picture was quite hard to do. There was a man in the middle of the picture and I was finding it tough to blend in the shadow of the tree with the water. But it turned out well at the end.
Unit 3: Colour Adjustments
This picture was pretty simple. The point was to make the picture stand out. Even though it is very simple to do, it is quite effective.
Unit 4: Filters
I enjoyed doing this project because it was very easy. Just had to click a few buttons and I got this very cool effect.
Unit 5: Flame Effect
Again, doing this picture was pretty straightforward. I learned how with a simple background colour one can add intriguing effects to any picture.
Unit 7: Red Rubber 3-D Ball
I enjoyed doing this picture immensely. I like it because in the beginning it was just a regular 2D ball but by adding colours and shade, it appears as if it is 3D.
Unit 8: Photo to Sketch
This is a nice efffect because I can take a picture and make it seem like I drew it.
Unit 10
We were suppose to make a Vancouver Olympics banner in which we had to include something that wasn't related to Winter Olympics. It turned out pretty good with the color of the cricket batsman in my opinion.
Student Project 1
This was a tutorial I picked from the internet and looked very nice with the smoke. Although, it didn't look exactly like the one online I think it looks nice. I learned to add smoke to pictures and letters.
Student Project 2
I enjoyed this tutorial because it was challenging but it turned out well. Plus, I love Luongo. I think a more darker image would make the ripple effect stand out but I couldn't find an image darker than that. but I learned to add the ripple effect.
Unit 11
This was a nice project we did where we have to take pictures outside of what we thought would make interesting textures. After adding it to photoshop and adding effects such as gausian blur it made it look very intriguing. I learned that anything absolutely anything could make a nice texture if you look carefully. It could something as simple as a gutter outside.
Digital Media
For this slide, I fixed the color by adding hue saturation. Other than that it's a very simple picture.
Information Technology
For this, I think I added gausian blur. Again, that was the only effect I added and ir turned out kind of fuzzy looking.
Keyboarding
This one was my favorite because of the glowing effect of the letters. I forget which effect I used for this
but even the lettering is simple which looks better visually.
Programming
This was a very simple picture to whcih I think I added distort or something. I like the lettering becsause its very simple but effective.
